Our mission is to simplify the calculation of carbon emission footprint for organizations and software developers. We accomplish this by focusing on building quality algorithms and make them available through APIs and easy to use Google Sheets functions.
Three additional APIs are available for developers to ease the logic of front end applications - finding name and distance of nearest airport from a postal code, based on latitude and longitude, distance between two airports and list of airports based on a keyword.
We have made access to APIs easy for non technical users by encapsulating them in functions designed for Google Sheets. These can be used by signing into RapidAPI and following the instructions at https://www.carbonsutra.com/emissions-by-google-sheets-functions.html
Emissions can be grouped in self-defined clusters and retrieved using the labels. This simplifies the need to store the results at developer’s end. A key will need to be generated which is then passed as a Bearer Token in all calculations, so that the user can be identified and the results are securely delivered.
We are experienced professionals with formal education and work in ClimateTech and have consulted reputed global organizations in data challenges across decarbonization pathways and connected systems through custom APIs. We have a rich roadmap for CarbonSutra with dozens of specialized algorithms planned for future release.
