I’m an user of your paid API in Mashape. I’ve received the payment of november, with an overage fee of 95,31$ (http://i.imgur.com/cYDslHD.png) due to some extra requests that were made while the API was down (17 and 18 of november). Users of my app were getting 100% error rate from mashape and all those extra requests were made by users retrying many times. The API was down for 2 days, so it does not seem fair to charge for those unsuccessful requests, thats why I’m asking for a full refund of that overage fee. Thanks.
