Once the bot joined, it will inform you the chat_id number.
Go to https://rapidapi.com/rgtimothy/api/telegram-bot-chat-sender/, scroll down until you find “chat_id” parameter field.
Use the number you got from the bot (explained on point 2) to fill “chat_id” parameter.
Fill “text” parameter field with any message you want to send.
Scroll up and click “Test Endpoint” button.
