Hello Guys,

Do we need to switch to a different API? We have recieved no response and are still getting a log of errors. The service level of valid requests, is about 50%. We will submit one URL and get a download link. We will submit the exact same URL shortly after and get this response:

[message] => OK
)

Can you at least let us know that this API is supported and you are working to resolve the issue?
