This API will load your mp4 video and generate a thumbnail image from it. You will need to provide 2 input parameters:

1. videoUrl
   The URL link of your mp4 video
2. percentage (optional)
   The specific time of the video (between 0% - 99%) where the thumbnail image will be extracted. Default value is 50%.

The output will be the thumbnail image file in buffer.
