Subscription charged but API not working/is this API still supported?

Hi,
I totally understand some downtime, delays and other issues from time to time but right now, it’s been days that the API is not working and the developer is not responding.
I was just charged again, which I don’t mind, the API is very useful to me, but it needs to actually work.
@logicbuilder can you please give us an update? That would be much appreciated!
