Location means that whether you are in the gym or working out in home. also some updates are also coming in the future, where there will also be one more parameter related to the difficulty level.

Our API generates workout plan based on certain parameters that the user will provide.
These 4 parameters are:

1. Time
2. Target Muscle
3. Location
4. Equipment

It also generates warm-up and cooldown exercises.
So to answer your question, it will not select workout from your app instead it will generate workout plans.
