Perform LIMIT and OFFSET

Question

can we bring certain number of results as a response e.g. limit=10 and offset=11 ... which will bring me 10 records starting from offet 11 ?

Hello,
Usually our customers request to return more and more results, and not a limit or subset of results. 
If you want to use OFFSET that is covered by the /batch______ calls, where you have pagination included.
