Looking for free access

Question

Hello,

I am a college student who is developing an application where I wish to use this OCR API. As I am currently developing, I am loath to pay for API access and I don't have easy access to a credit card. I was hoping to get free access without having to input information for a couple months while I complete development; after I finish, I am happy to pay for API access as I hope people will use my app.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do,
