Why always time out ? (2023-06-26 and 2023-06-27)

Last 3 days, When i call api GET Domain Information (5 request per min) , like below
example:

curl -i ‘https://zozor54-whois-lookup-v1.p.rapidapi.com/?domain=g9sq4ka.net&format=json’ -H ‘X-RapidAPI-Key: dcb09a4d52msh898b96415e8efd5p1a7d89jsn37079773c1d8’ -H ‘X-RapidAPI-Host: zozor54-whois-lookup-v1.p.rapidapi.com’

and i get this two result:

1. sometimes, it response error msg : “The request to the API has timed out…”,

2. sometime i sent 5 requests per min, but always loss some request, maybe receive 2 or 3 response per min

3. 2023-06-23 i call api 1401 times, but it seem receive 260 response

please check what happen, or some possible reason thank you :)
