You will need to call multiple APIs to get the data. To get the list of extensions, you can call the Ranking - Extensions API, and paginate through the list. It will have category, user count, average review rating and review count, etc. For each extension that you need to download, you can call the Download API. And if you need to fetch user review body for an extension, then call the Reviews API.
