createdAt, updatedAt have absurd date values which returns invalid Date in JS. What is the possible solution for this?

The format is in Epoch timestamp, it is supported by all computer languages now. You may do Google to learn more about it. You may use https://www.epochconverter.com/ to quickly convert to and from human readable format.
