can't get company

We can’t get company name from the LinkedIN users e-mail. This is the result for the incorrect response:

There is no company name.

However the user has it on the page, and it seems like the correct once: https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexbochlin/

What can be the issue and how we can fix it?

Sorry, I don’t follow this. This profile has a valid company and email adrres, the email has never been changed, the company has been changed. What is the problem that the “persons”:[], is empty in this profile and usually the company name is inside the “persons”:[], Why is this empty?

The email match needs to be on the email used by that person when they signed up with LinkedIn.
If they signed up years ago to LinkedIn, and are now working at a different company, then their current email address
may not be the same as the one they use to sign into LinkedIn with.
