I am not able to get enrollment qr code instead I am getting this 
also the url is also on domain hackerstotal.com this looks doubtful

hackertotals.com (which we have been using for QR generations) seems to be blocked or down - please use /print_qr/ service instead:
+1 update - you can now generate QR codes directly in /enroll/ using an optional parameter printQR
