Missing and wrong revenue data ?

Question

I was extracting some revenue information from this API for AXP(American Express) and I found a couple of problems:

1)  Seems like the revenue is equal to gross profit values. 
2) The revenue for some quarters is off -- eg: for 2018-03-31, it is 1841000000 while for 2018-06-30, it is					17879000000. 
3) For 2009-12-31, its 0.
4) For 2008-02-28, its a negative number. AFAIK revenues can't be negative.

You will not see negative values, and all revenues have been updated.
