Where can I see all the IDs and the entire list?

This is a little example:
Getting unique stage seasons (/api/motorsport/unique-stage/36/season): 206800
Getting stage substages(With season id-> /api/motorsport/stage/206800/substages) : 206801
Getting competitor standings: /api/motorsport/stage/206801/standings/competitor
Getting competitor info: /api/motorsport/team/62796
