Dears,

Recently we started using the basic package while development, and then we switched our package to PRO and thus we paid 25$, so we started using it for little of time, but when we check the transaction history page we can see that we successfully paid for PRO package but after like two weeks, Basic package is requesting to get 14 .58$ ?

We didn’t exceed using Basic packages before, and we subscribed to PRO package, so why BASIC package is being subscribed after ? and its pending the payment ?

Can someone help us to remove it, because there is no way to remove it and its requesting to take money !
