Slow service + "502 bad gateway"

Question

Good morning,
I made requests to your APIs but I noticed that the service is pretty slow and I usually retrieve an HTTP error code as "502 bad gateway".
I wonder if you can improve it or if it is possible to have a sort of callback to an "hook" url.

I mean, after a request like the following:
        https://ludwig-emailsherlock.p.mashape.com/?client_ref={REMOTE_ADDR}&email={email}&hook={hookurl}
your service could send a response in POST to the hook url provided before when your system got the results.

It would be great!

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on rebuilding the website and its backend. The system has grown too big this is what is causing the 502 or 504 errors. 
For the "hook" option we cannot consider it at this stage. First thing to do on the list for the API is to get the json version out.
