For example, the BMW R 1200 GS has had several updates over the years. So the 2012 model is different from the 2013 model.

BMW R 1200 GS (303) - 2008 - 2009
BMW R 1200 GS (450) - 2010 - 2012
BMW R 1200 GS (0A01) - 2013 - 2016
BMW R 1200 GS (0A51) - 2017 - 2018

in brackets are the manufacturer modelnames. this helps structuring when a model was renewed.
Can this info be added to the database?
