Profil pic for bulk endpoint is inaccessible

When I try to follow a link of a profile pic, i get this message :
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access "http://media.licdn.com/dms/image/C4D03AQHFIi6p3nv-pA/profile-displayphoto-shrink_100_100/0/1576561046601?" on this server.

The above url is incorrect, can you share a linkedin user’s profile link and the profilePic url you get in response?
