We investigated what was happening and we ended up with a solution that deals with the rotation problem, which is already deployed and tested with the example image.

Thanks for your question. It is weird since there is no possible logic in the API request processing where the image could be rotated. Anyway, I’ve tried to get the image that you put in your message but I’m getting a 403 status code error. Could you please send it us again to us in order to understand why this is happening?
