Whenever I enter in a region code into the parameters, the scrape does not seem to register it.

EX: When I enter region code JP for keyword “budget”, I get “budget” videos… but from ALL countries.

I have tried this with several country codes include JP, FI, CA, etc.

Is this a known issue? Is this being fixed?
