Our API runs on a dedicated server (separate from our dashboard at www.unitag.io). In case the API is down our SLA is to set it up again in 4h during working hours (our uptime is regularly 99.9% if not 100%).

Yes, I tested the end point. Is support avaialable for in case 1. API down, 2. wrong QR code generation 3. support special characters etc ?
