Netflix advanced query returns too few items

Question

When I use the uNoGS API and issue an advanced query using the 3761 genre ID ("African Movies") I get only 7 results.  When I log in to Netflix and search for that genre ID I get many, many more.  This happens for other genre IDs as well.

I have tried to make the query as wide as possible in terms of ratings, year, number of votes etc.

Here is the query string:
