I don’t really track what is in all countries so you would need to work that out yourself. If you search with no country id it will list titles in any country.

Yes i understand, and how can i determine that a title is available in all countries? do i need to check if the countries available is the same as the count of all countries on netflix?

And if i search for new releases without a country id, are those results global or us specific?

You need to query the title to see what countries it is in. Also you can specify a country list via the advanced search.
