Is there a custom plan that will allow me to search new releases/expiring/deleted content for all countries going back a few years?

I have no way for you to go back years ATM (the site has only been up since April 2015).
No only the current numbers are available per country…
Also, would it be possible to view a time series of the country details endpoint?
