Looks like API is broken - getting "no emails" from inbox that should have them

I send an email to: z2k6lpxn8r@feroxo.com but:
https://privatix-temp-mail-v1.p.mashape.com/request/mail/id/974bea4a99e01f1135edbdaa6d09348c/ returns that there are no emails yet

Hello,
We had some temporary difficulties in the last 2 days due to the large volume of emails.
Now the API working 100% properly.
