Getmail returns "letter_not_found"

“getmail” method with “id=1” returns {“error”:“letter_not_found”} while “getlist” [{“id”:1,“date”:“Sat, 21 Apr 2018 13:51:59 +0000",“subject”:“test”,“from”:"test@site.com”}]
