cumulativeDaysOnMarket -30 vs 30

Question

Hi,

For the cumulativeDaysOnMarket property, I see values that are negative like -30 and positive values like 30. I have looked at some of the listings but dont see any similarities, seems to be varying listing types.

Whats the difference between the two?

I checked, the values for now are null and 7.
I don't know what `cumulativeDaysOnMarket` means.

This is an exampke of 2. The first one returns 7 days the second one returns -7 (does not specify "days")
