You can get a max of 100 results per query using the parameter num=100 and index the results using the start parameter.
To get the first 100 results use q=site:lefigaro.fr&num=100&start=0
To get the 100-199 results use q=site:lefigaro.fr&num=100&start=100
To get the 200-299 results use q=site:lefigaro.fr&num=100&start=200
To get the 300-399 results use q=site:lefigaro.fr&num=100&start=300

It should be a part of the response. In the response there is a field for
total
which is the value that you see “Approximatly X results”Sometimes the query does not return a total. It all depends on the query.

site: is a command to list the number of indexed pages of a site on google.
e.g. https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Alefigaro.fr
