how can this API have a “100% service level” and 100% health check" when we get gateway timeouts and internal service errors every single day. constant issues

Across all our users, our total error rate is at 0.04%. For your account, it’s even lower at 0.03%. That’s pretty tight, but I get that any error, no matter how rare, can throw a wrench in your plans.
