I requeted but found no product reviews and got the following reponse
This ASIN has more than 900 reviews and I want to fetch reviews posted in last two years. Can you help reolve the issue. I am using API in R

Please find me answers below:

1. product_about - this should be fixed. Does it work for you now?
2. brand - I don’t see a Brand data point on the product page… What I see on the Amazon product page (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWJ293HT) is “Manufacturer : THE NORTH FACE” which on the API side should be under “product_information”. Is that what you mean and if so, do you see it in the response?
3. product_description - I don’t see a product description for this product on the Amazon product page. When available, the product descriptions is displayed like in the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/mBgsftN. On the Amazon product page of B0BWJ293HT, I don’t see this section has text in it (screenshot: https://ibb.co/Yb9sKmb)…

abot_this_product is there in the amazon --but I am not able to get in the responce this will affect our product a lot each and every information is crucial for us please check this also

Again same issue sometimes the 2 page is returning empty responce ? what is happening ?

Thanks for your message and sorry for the inconvenience, I totally get your point.

I am currently able to get results for page=2, page=3, etc for asin B07Q63HHKJ (and others). I guess that you’ve experienced an intermittent issue probably cause by more strict blocking on Amazon’s side. Is it working for you now?

In any case, I’ve added a few more fallbacks to the reviews endpoint and I expect it to be more robust now moving forward.
