Intermitent function last two weeks
For some reason, for the last two weeks, the API seemed to enter a very inconsistent state, where, the majority of events don’t ever get updated, and even the ones that do are updated very slowly, only two or three times during the event.
Before that, the API had been extremely reliable, so I’m wondering if something changed?
We’re having to do manual updates throughout events for these past couple of weeks, which requires resources we don’t always have available.
To give examples of events that never provided updates, here are ids from recent ones:
2227499, 2272721, 1895000, 2289752, 1923781, 1889276
Is there a way to know ahead of time which events are not gonna provide incident lists? Thank you for the help.

We pull incidents for events every 30 seconds, and typically get accurate info on goals, cards and event start and finish
What I mean by never updated is that the incidents list for them (incident by event id endpoint) are empty

I checked these events. but I can’t figure out what the problem is.
