Basketball low leagues of Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Phillipines are missing?

In some of those countries even First Division is missing but also in some Australian low leagues part of the teams are missing for example the West side Teams.

Are they included or I do something wrong?
