Basketball low leagues of Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Phillipines are missing?

Question

In some of those countries even First Division is missing but also in some Australian low leagues part of the teams are missing for example the West side Teams.

Are they included or I do something wrong?

Can I get an answer please? I get chile division 2 data but chile first division is missing how is possible? I am desparate and I am close to change api. Can I have a proper response if those leagues mentioned are missing from the api?
