I read that the odds data is refreshed every 3 hours. Is this correct? If so, during what times?

Thanks for the response. So if I make a refresh around, say, 6:15 I can expect the data for all leagues to be recently updated?
Hi,
The update is continuous every 3 hours, i.e. midnight, 3 a.m., 6 a.m. etc… On the other hand, updates take a little time and are made league by league, so some data are updated a few minutes after the start of the update.
