We are Corporation Service Company (“CSC”),a provider of brand protection and internet monitoring services. We have been instructed by our client, Bytedance Limited (“Bytedance”), to take action in relation to internet matters that infringe our client’s intellectual property rights.

Bytedance operates a range of online content platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Helo, Vigo Video, Douyin, and Xigua Video. Our client is the trademark proprietor of the TIK TOK trademark in numerous jurisdictions, including:

Trademark: TIK TOK
WIPO Registration Number: 1485318
Jurisdiction: International Trademark (including EU)
Classes: 9, 25, 35, 38, 41, 42, 45

Our client has confirmed that you are not authorised to use the TIK TOK trademark and considers your acts to constitue trademark infringement and unfair competition against which they are entiteled to take necessary actions.

Therefore, we request you to take below actions within three (3) working days from the date of this notice in order to prevent further actions taken against you.

Immediately delete the abovementioned infringing contents and services
Please be advised that should the issues persist after the stipulated deadline and no response received from your regarding this issue, this may indicate that you intend to ignore our notice and wilfully infringe on our client’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to escalate this matter further.
