comment count in video details endpoint?

Is there any way you can add the "countText" field in the video comments endpoint to the video details endpoint? the number of comments is an important metric for a video. having to call an endpoint for each video_id just for the comment count is very inefficient. thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. We've added `likeCount` and `commentCountText` to the response of the endpoint `/video/details`.

Note that the `commentCountText` has less precision than the one you can get from the endpoint `/video/comments`.
