On Boundaries-IO API, using TX as a state parameter, Galveston is only city that returns

Question

Here is a zip query:
"https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary?and=false&includepostal=false&limit=30&state=TX&zipcode=75229%2C75248"

And a city query:
"https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary?and=false&city=flower%20mound&includepostal=true&limit=30&state=TX"

Both just return Galveston city, which is not accurate data.

I removed the limit parameter from my API call and receive the same result.  I am sending HTTP GET requests via C# Unit test.  The URI for API is: https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary.  Is this correct for production API?
