On Boundaries-IO API, using TX as a state parameter, Galveston is only city that returns

Here is a zip query:
“https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary?and=false&includepostal=false&limit=30&state=TX&zipcode=75229%2C75248”
And a city query:
“https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary?and=false&city=flower mound&includepostal=true&limit=30&state=TX”
Both just return Galveston city, which is not accurate data.

I removed the limit parameter from my API call and receive the same result. I am sending HTTP GET requests via C# Unit test. The URI for API is: https://vanitysoft-boundaries-io-v1.p.mashape.com/reaperfire/rest/v1/public/boundary. Is this correct for production API?
Hello!
Remove the limit parameter from your query. This limits the number of results in the response. Please execute the query programatically and not from the mashape UI.
