I cannot cancel subscriptions on my side, you will have to cancel the plan yourself.

Instructions on how to do so can be found in Mashape terms of service, section “SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION”:

API Consumer may terminate its subscription plan at any time by selecting Unsubscribe from the applicable API plan page.
