I’d like to publish an Android Application on the Play Store, with no commercial purpose but just for my personal portfolio. Obviously I’m checking the quota in header of the responses because i don’t want to go over the limits of the ‘Free Plan’ option, but my question is : Can i publish it on the play store ? If yes, should i mention you ?
