API Distance problem

Hello

We have often received error messages since August 14, 2023

About 50% of API returns end up with a 504 return code

“messages”:“
The request to the API has timed out. Please try again later, or if the issue persists, please contact the API provider”
“info”:“
Your Client (working) —> Gateway (working) —> API (took too long to respond)”

Can you please check ?

Issue with their server, we are paying for this and it is not working…
