Hi
I’m getting errors with the message “blocked”. Upon further looking, it contains a redirect to a captcha. Is this normal behaviour?

My reply on May 1st hasn’t been saved, apparently. Sorry.
To recapitulate: for the first two days after the fix, everything went fine. On May 1st, I got the error again. Today, however, it seems fine again. Not sure if this helps…

Can you confirm that it’s currently working for you? No failures have been observed in the log for the last day after the fix was applied.

Same it’s happening to me. Also, I m getting this “{‘status’: False, ‘timestamp’: 1714387659955, ‘message’: ‘Something went wrong. We have logged the error and will get the resolution.’}” almost all the time.
Same is happening for us - paid $110 to them only to get blocked
