We need to cancel our subscription to Telize effective immediately. I am sorry but it is not accurate enough for us and the incorrect UTF-8 encoding is also causing us problems processing the returned JSON server side. We will need to find another source.
Please also provide a refund for the remainder of the month.

Sorry that you are not satisfied with the service. All billing is handled by mashape, you can cancel at any time by selecting Unsubscribe from the API plan page.
