What will the new format of calling the endpoint with the API key?

Currently I am calling endpoint as given below for iplocation:

http://www.telize.com/geoip/" + ipAddress in c#

How do I use the API key in the new call ? The example given seems to be curl, so do suggest.

Can you please check if the API Server is giving proper response for Location with Specific IP asap.

It seems Locations are not getting resolved, I also checked in the Test Endpoint.
