However, the api key changed and i was charged again 15,00 usd again. i have also charged 0.50 usd x 2 times and i don’t understand why. How will these money be refunded back to me?

I also have the same error and i have a paid subscription plan that was automatically renewed today (paid). It currently shows me as unsubscribed and i get the same error. Please check the below screenshots:
