Hello! yesterday i was charged 2 times by 15 euro. The same thing has happened the last month. by the way i havenโ€™t received any refund yet for that. why is is this happening? please let us knowโ€ฆ thank you

hello. I just resubrcribed and everything seems to work ok.
However, the api key changed and i was charged again 15,00 usd again. i have also charged 0.50 usd x 2 times and i donโ€™t understand why. How will these money be refunded back to me?

Hello sohailglt,

I also have the same error and i have a paid subscription plan that was automatically renewed today (paid). It currently shows me as unsubscribed and i get the same error. Please check the below screenshots:

It seems to work now.
I will also test on the paid subscription and hope to be the same. Please give me me about 10 minutes for that.
