It’s not good idea to have more than one record for the same league, the league_id should be static for all seasons and just update season like league_id : 12, season : 2019, league_id : 12 season: 2018 so on …

We thought about it but unfortunately too late with all the features already included in the API, it is necessary to review many things and it could be confusing for users to have 2 different ids to get the same information. But we plan to review this in the next version
