Issue in my subscription

Hi, last month I subscribed to MEGA Plan and I paid for it, and today (this month) I downgrade to ULTRA Plan and I paid for it 29$, but they also took 39$ for the MEGA Plan.

Can you fix this issue and refund me 39$. Thank you
